Refund policy

We will issue a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. All products must be unused and in the same condition for a full refund. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund after 14 days of original purchase date. 

Please note, shipping costs are nonrefundable and the customer is responsible to ship the product back to us. Upon receiving your return, we will notify you and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

We also reserve the right to reject any return and/or exchange that does not meet conditions outlined above.
